Pharmacy & Cultivation Info

If I am not mistaken, existing pharmacies will be the so-called dispensaries.
The state is only going to allow 10 cultivation locations.
Please correct me if I am wrong...

How will the state determine what organizations get to cultivate?
Are there any cultivation facility hopefuls out there already?

That is my take on it...I believe Mass. is going the same route also which if true really sucks. Talk about trying to squeeze every last penny out of a situation, fucking politicians & Pill Company's...hard to tell who is worse.
