Got some ph down from a pet store, none of the garding stores around me carry it. My question is is there a difference in PH down for a fish tank or for growing or are they the same thing.

what you have is fine....you will want to get some ph up also....you will need both acid and base to dial in your ph levels.....

I just use white vinegar, a teaspoon full at a time. Some people here on RIU think this is a terrible idea, but it works for my strain of plants fine.

i ph my water before add nuts. should i be doing it after adding nuts
The last thing to check is the ph. Nutrents change ph. After practing a few times you will know what to do without much need for testing. But, residential water quality often changes as the seasons.

I would fertilize one last time and make sure you get a little nitrogen in it. Plants require less nits in flower and will turn yellow but 3 weeks is a little early i think. Give em a strong bloom feeding with some nitrogen that wnt burn them and use only water for the last 2 weeks.
