Ph UP Crystallizing in reservoir

Hello I don’t post much but I been lurking around here for a while.
Anyways, I have a problem. I wonder if anyone has had this happen to them in the past. After changing my water in the reservoir, I went to make sure everything was running smooth. When I noticed that my irrigation lines had been clogged. I took apart my system to clean it out as soon as I saw the problem. At the bottom of the reservoir there was allot of white junk. It was also all in my irrigation hub, but when I pulled it out of there it was a powder. There was nothing in my water but, GH Flora bloom, and GH PH up. Does anyone know what the deals is, I would appreciate it a bunch.

nothing else that you know of. where do you geographically live? could be salt from your water softener, calcium, limestone, who knows. post some pix.

If its brown maybe you didn't pre wash your hydroton? If its white could have been something in your water lines in your house or wherever you got your water from ?? Just a guess ,it would be a shame to have to dump it with it all nuted up !!

i was thinking it was something in the water lines in the house too. i guess i cant know for sure. but it wasnt the hydroton. at first i thought maybe i just put to much PH UP. cause it hasnt done it anyther time other than when i use that liquid. ive had it where just with the nutes it stabalizes the PH so i dont have to use it, and i didnt have no build up of any sort.

No, pH solution up or down won't do that!
Your roots look healthy?

thanks for the reply, as for my roots they are doing just fine. i havent been able to get rid of the problem as it is still going on right now. my only solution for right now was to put a pump screen in. would like to get rid of it tho.
