If your feeding pure water (no nutes) I would test theph once or twice to make sure your oh is on check then I wouldn't sweat it. BUT if your adding anything then yeah its a must.

SmokeDoggy Well-Known Member Dec 2, 2015 #7 FWIW, I use tap water (let out to sit overnight) and don't bother checking PH. I used it for hempy and clones and it seems fine to use.
