Ph question?

Im going to put my seedlings into hempy buckets soon and I was wondering if its safe to adjust my water Ph with sodium biphosphate? i got some laying around from my fish tank. My water is pretty high on the scale so i need to make it more acidic. Im just worried about a salt buildup with the sodium bi-phosphate. any help is appreciated.

You could use it or if you have a walmart around you can buy ph up or down 5 lbs for about $8

What are you talking about, where do you get your facts? You think walmart waste money on anything that doesn't make them money? You think they have people ready to jump in their car and follow you to your house, for buying ph up or down? That is silly. They sell the items there, if you are going to any store just to grab one or two things, you are fine, how do they know what you are using it for?

You've got to watch fish supplies as it might have secondary ingredients in it ... algaecide, cleaner, and whatever... I would go with proper supplies... There's a guy on one post freaking out because the epsom salts he bought was lavender scented, and asked if this would affect the taste....duh. Thats it. Go to a beauty shop buy at a high price as opposed to the drugstore for plain shit....It might be OK but if your wrong (or ME) this shit comes at a high price for mistakes...might see gills on your bud...

I doubt walmart are going to send their spies to follow me home. As far as they know i could be adjusting my pool Ph. Ive been using the biphosphate and the plants seems good so far. im going to my store this weekend to get some proper Ph down..In the mean time ill be sure to keep my eyes open for guys in walmart uniforms lurking in the bushes
