Last 2-3 days some leaves started yellowing and stem is purple on middle and bottom , I was feeding using GH flora trio and calimagic using the chart deain to waste never had a problems yet till now about 2 week into flowerring , Could It be a PH issues ? My run off is coming at 5.5-5.6 using pro mix organic soil . This is an autoflower at week 7

Honestly it looks to me like its hungry. That yellow fade out looks like it wants more nitrogen. It might stabilize now that it's flowering but some strains like more food then others.

Your ph is definitely on the low side for soil.

If you are using the chart on the bottle, its probably too much. I use half of their recommended amounts, feed every third watering.

I actually realize that and almost commented on it but was on my phone so I kept it short and sweet. You called it "organic soil" in your opening post so I wasn't sure if it was a soil mix with promix added or how you were treating it. I only added the ph comment in an edit after I thought about it more.

Which brings me back to: It looks like a pretty healthy plant that might just want more nutrients. Some plants are heavy eaters, that's a pretty good size plant and its using lots of energy trying to make buds right now. If your 2 weeks into flower that plant is in overdrive right now.

Checking your run off as Dynamo said is always a good idea to get a gauge on things, but especially in a soilless medium, the plants are totally relying on what you're feeding them. I've been running a hydro set up for the last 9 years because I really like the simplicity of control.

Your plant looks like its fine tbh. Maybe a little hungry which is why its yellowing from the bottom up. Many of those slightly yellow leaves I would have removed just when defoliating, it's most likely not getting enough light on those leaves and using them to feed the rest of your plant- mainly the buds.

As noted your pH is a little low for a soil / soil less grow. Never the less, try spraying a little Epsom salt on her; she looks short on Mg. She'll green right up if this is your issue and by spraying it vs. feeding it you'll keep from goofing up what you already have going on in your medium. Good luck.

ph peat at 6.1....if you stick to that it''ll help clear up some of your problems. it's hard for a plant to absorb mag and calcium at low ph, as well as molybdenum and K. it's ok to let the ph rise and fall a little, but stay between 5.8 and 6.3 in peat. a slow swing centering on 6.1 will make sure you stay in range for optimal nute uptake

Your plant looks normal for 2 weeks into bloom, especially if is a short bloomer.
You will see natural die off, starting around now, of the fan leaves but don't really worry.
As mentioned previously, maintain around 6/6.3 PH, only feed every 3rd watering (1000 ppm is what I would use), and you will be fine
Nice looking plant by the way :)
