PH in the red

So I store water in empty milk jugs with the tops off to let the chlorine evaporate and I give them minimum 24 hrs. So while feeding my girls in flower I mistakenly fed one of my Sativa's with water that I didn't pH and it was RED as can be, like bottom of the scale 1.0. 2.0. Now that sativa appears to have slowed bud production like by 70%. Compared to my other sativa and this was about 3 weeks ago, is she stundend into shock still or what? What you seasoned grows think?

I would say that your pH meter is broken, needs calibration, or there's a toxic waste dump behind your house. Very unlikely your tap water is 1.0pH. That would be like battery acid in your drinking water.

From his reply I would say he's using titrating drops and not a meter.
But I would be interested in how his pH from tap is that low.

Most all the time I only need a few drops of pH down, it might have been that I grabbed a water jug that still had high level of chlorine. I use both pH meter and drops.

All titrating drops are subject to go bad/contaminations, or out of date. Buy a new kit. There's no way 1.0pH is coming out of the tap without serious plumbing problems. It would burn to the touch and probably the plumbing. Your sink would most definitely show signs of corrosion.

How about giving us the pH of you're water strait from the tap, without using any pH adjusters first. Might help figuring it out.
Also if you're on a municipal water supply they should have a quality report somewhere as it's an EPA requirement.
