PH fluctuations or wind burn?

Hey guys!
So I'm in the first week of flowering of my second growth but the leaves are starting to show some small symptoms. I didn't do anything about it not to worry too much but now I'm wondering what it could be. I should note that not all the leaves are becoming like this and only some on particular stems. Occasionally there are small holes as well. I was taking track of the PH and it was between 6 and 7 let's say closer to 6. But I didn't check the run-off PH. Will do that now. Could these symptoms be of PH fluctuations? Or could it be because of too much wind? since my intake is directly pointed at the plants.
I'm using HPS 150w. The temperatures have been rising here so I had no way to control it. During the light-on they are between 28 and 32 and during light-off (when the sun's out) they could also arrive 33, which is too high I know!
The humidity is too high as well. When the exhaust is working they stay around 60 but when everything's off it could raise also to 70.
Could the problem be instead of high temperatures and humidity?

I have heard that those are from wind burn, but not too bad at all, wind burn is bad when you have a top 100% in front of the fan and all the leaves claw down like crazy. almost like N tox but the leaf gets round not flat.

The new growth is somehow twisting and weird though, but there was a stem that was bent over almost because of the wind. So if I fix the wind there shouldn't be any problems no?

support them, and the fan should be blowing slightly above the canopy not directly into it

thanks man! will do and see what happens.
I checked the run-off PH and it's around 6.5-7 so definitely no problem from the ph.
Do you have any experience with baking soda as antifungal? If yes how would you recommend applying it since my humidity and temperature are high and I'm worried about fungus etc.
