Pest Strips

Are these a good preventative in the grow space? How would they work with constant air exchange going on?

You're talking about HotShot NoPest strips? I think they're too toxic to be around for long periods. I've used them to get rid of thrips, putting the strip in the tent during lights out, turn the fan down slow, leave it for 3-8 hours, then remove it and put it in a zip lock bag. I did that every couple nights for a couple weeks and haven't seen a thrip in a few months.

But, I wouldn't do that as a preventative measure. I wouldn't want to be exposed to them that much. (Some wouldn't want to be exposed at all.).

They are not preventative as much as they are indicative of a problem. I keep sticky strips in each tent just to see if there is anything. They catch anything that is in the room and let you know how much of a problem you have.
