Perventing shock

Hey Pro's,

When transplanting indoor plants to the outside is there any tips on perventing the plants from going into shock

Try adding a little vitamin B right after transplanting.

I'm pretty sure you have to move them outdoors at night to put as little stress as possible on the plants.
