thanks for the info man .. good stuff .
question tho ,
i downloaded irfanview , and the EXIF pluging . now i cant seem to change anything , also i do not see any info that is incriminating , just some stuff about the pic , the camera model .
there isnt even a serial number tab or smth like that ..
odd ...

any info about how exatcly to remove the EXIF data ?

Other options would be to run your pics through an editor such as Photoshop or Paintshop, or whatever you might have.
Not to mention that you can then change the photo to remove anything you don't want to be seen (that lucky poster on your wall, or your unique wedding ring on your hand, etc.), you can also do a simple format swap by using Save As instead of Save...change it to another format such as png or tga and you should remove the metadata without affecting the picture quality (shouldn't affect it at all with tgs, and I doubt much with png either).

Also, I figured I'd post this link that actually explains it all...what data is stored, the different formats it can be stored in (the OP only listed one of 4 or 5), and how to get rid of it, etc.

It's already doing it for you. When you go to save a pic to ur hard drive, a small gray box will appear, you can check a box to include the EXIF data if you wish to.
