Personal Grow Op

I'm sure this is a commonly asked question, i just had trouble getting the information i wanted from a search.

Essentially i want to grow a small amount of weed (enough to supply myself and a couple of friends) we smoke about an oz a month combined. Is there an efficient and simple way to grow enough to supply ourselves.

What would be the best way of going about this? I would not be opposed to growing more if its not too much more effort. I'm not looking to get more than 3 oz a month because i dont know what i'd do with that much with out getting in trouble haha.

do something small like me in a 4x4 tent with a 600 watt light.

I have 2 9 dollar florecent tubes I run outside the tent for some clones and a mom. Pretty small and you can hit that number every 3 weeks if you want easy. I grow in a no/little veg time so I only have a few plants at a time and need a more perpetual harvest due to my state limits for MMJ. I grow hydro in flood trays, 3 of them but you could go any route you want, soil, whatever. Just start 3-4 plants into flowering every 2-3 weeks(more towards 3) and you will be good to go. This would give you 3-4 rows of plants in your tent, so they can not be too big, by the time the you need more room something will be ready to come down and make room. Just make sure you don't get any long ass flowering strains or you'll want to kill yourself. 8 weeks is good and it gives you a week extra if you need it in the cycle. Good luck and ask away...JR
