It's mostly a law anymore, no smoking in public buildings. Not sure if it's state law or federal or whatever, but you can't smoke in a building or within 10 feet of the entrance. Good riddance too, Cigarettes are nasty man, quit that shit dude, it's way bad for you and totally effed up that people do that to themselves.
