Perma Frost usually smell funky?

I swear the permanence frost I just got from the dispensary smells like it was dipped in grain alcohol. Does it always have a funky smell or not?

hey what state ya in? i was under the impression that permafrost was a local strain. local to michigan.

I am in Washington and the guy at the dispensary said it was a favorite to everyone so I got some. I smoked some and its some fire it just has a really strong grain alcohol type smell hah

well i have had perma but never grown it. very nice smells but nothing outta the ordinary.

Hmm.. Yeah I don't know but it smells like straight gas or grain alcohol.. but it smokes pretty nice and is super potent so it isn't really an issue.. Just wondered if anyone else had noticed this on this strain. Lol
