Looks good though, Really! Just don't let those little ones stretch--you're already constrained on height (2.5 feet right?) so you cant afford to let them stretch at 5 days old...

Good luck man!

Thanks Jerry. I appreciate the advice. Check my sig for the journal. It will be up-to-date on everything. Even has some pics from today.

again, this is the link from your sig :D :P

Like to see the nice variety of strains! I presume you're doing the Dr. Bud micro SOG? Tiny Bonsai Mothers? I'm seriously rooting for you dude. Once my bagseed project is over I'm going to order up some good beans and follow suit.

I vote for the chocolate chunk!

OK.. I'm subbed up. Now, thoughts..

You picked some difficult strains to grow in a case. Too much Sativa genetics. I would try finding some indica seeds somehow. Also, that stretch is not good at all. When you transplant, bury that stem. It will shoot roots out of it. You want that seedling to be an inch out of the soil.. tops. Get the light closer, too. Sativas stretch due to genetics, as well, so you're gonna need to get that REAL close. 4 inches, maybe.

Great start, though and I'm DYING to see the Chung results. I looked at that strain, too. :) Also, nevermind the naysayers. People who "did one grow with cfl's and they suck ass" are idiots who clearly have not read enough. There are a couple grows I'm following from old timers who've used mh / hps for 20-30 years and are switching because they're finding it's so much cheaper, easier to manage temps., etc. If you do it right, you can get some really decent crop, too. It just means getting more lights under.. pruning big time for penetration, etc. It's more tedious, but can produce comparable results from what I've seen. HIDs are clearly superior with regards to penetration and really make it so you don't have to prune and will still get massive nugs. You will just need pruning to compete with those dudes.

My bad O and ER. Something happened to my sig. I started this a couple weeks ago but it had died until today for some reason. I checked out my sig again and it seems to be working. It may be asking a lot, but if you don't mind check me out @https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/184869-newbie-my-first-grow-perpetual.html . Thanks for the input though. Damn I feel like a retard, lol. Hopefully I'll see you both there. It is my new journal in the journal section.
