PCR Sexing at home?

Has anyone figured out the recipe for sexing plants via PCR? I found one website that sells all the chemicals to perform these tests, but I was wondering if anyone has started doing this...?


I would think this would increase efficiency in breeding... along with micro propagation, protoplast fusion, and genetic markers via dna sequencing...
