You're more knowledgeable than me by a couple weeks, but ask me and it IS budding! You have hairs. That's the first sign. Just watch out for balls, now.
I only say that because I'm paranoid about my own bagseeds. I buy nothing but sensi, so the occasional seed means someone sprung balls somewhere in that crop.

For me, flowering begins with a flowering top, so when those white hairs are coming out of the very top of the plant instead of at the sidebranches, that's when I start the timer.
ER is right. Seed in bud is almost always hermie which means that it should be a female seed, but as mom turned hermie it's possible that baby will do the same.
I don't know any way of checking for hermies other than spotting those male flowers but to minimise the chance of it happening, make sure that there is no light and no interruptions in the 12 hour dark period.
Stick with the 2700k bulbs too. They are the flowering bulbs.

about yield i dont know how much you will get but someone else on here that did a pc grow got 14g from one plant.. but he did scrog so idk... heres his pics by the way
