The $700billion taken from Medicare is still up for debate in my opinion, so I won't comment on that, you on the other hand are solely relying on conjecture, that's a fact.

"in your opinion" - yet you actually know nothing about it. The mechanism that you say "allows states to circumnavigate the intent" insists that work be a portion of any new plan.

I am afraid I am going to have to amend that - in my research on Romney lies I encountered quite a few Obama lies, so now it comes down to who lies less I suppose.
