Patient To Patient Sales On Craigslist

I just finished my first grow and I have more then I'm supposed to by law and was wondering if anybody has any luck with craigslist patient to patient sales? and if you have tried it what is the most legal way to go about it?

you can't "sell" it. No monetary value is to be exchanged according to the rules.

u can give it to some1 for donations i thought??

You will find ppl offering bud on weedmaps.com craigslist all day.. Though it is still illegal. Use @ your own Risk type shyt. Selling a QP locally, might slide easily. Posting about the 5lbs you offering, asking to get setup by a leo or criminal.

id be more worried about the feds.. or geting ripped off then exchanging money for trees. i mean.. it does cost to grow... its not easy.. and it should be legalized and taxed anyways.. people in this country like the PRESIDENTS are idiots.. we r so broke. but yet we have a cash crop sitting right infront of r faces.. and were to stupid and stubborn to admit we were rong about pot.. so it will take forever to get out of debt.. and millions of people.. non violent people in prisons costing tax payer money over a fuckin plant.. its pathetic.
!!! its a joke to say that the united states is a FREE Country.

is there a better method to find people to do patient to patient sales?

Check out the thread MMJ Networking in this Arizona Patients forum. Hydrobreed is a great, local site that has a verified patient/caregiver section that may be beneficial. I've met some good people through it.

I agree with Greywind. I have had great experiences @ www.hydrobreed.com. Local, verified, well run - solid.

Do you still have to show your name and info from your Medical Card.

Yeah try and ask for " gift cards" lol I see a lot of people on Craigslist asking for Home Depot gift cards or Visa gift cards.

Still illegal simple because something of value is exchanged at the time of transfer!!!

The only way I have seen to get around it all is!!!! Don't ask for anything! Suggest a donation amount... But still questionable on the legalities!

If you can trust the person, give it to them for free!! and collect monies at a later point!!! SOOO many options mates!

I hear you but I think the loop hole people are using is the word " Gift" in the word "gift card"

Everyone I hear getting jacked at gun point was off of Craigslist deals. Good luck with that!

Whatever I don't use I simply donate for reasonable reimbursement to the network of Caregivers that I grow for. Keeps it all legit and legal. There are a Few networks out there now but I personally use Cannabis Kindness. Good people, husband and wife professionals in the East Valley. www.CannabisKindness.com is their FB.

I will say however, there is paperwork required to any of their transactions and they are staunchly conservative people.

Hey guys its allowable under Prop 203 for patients to sell to other patients to recoup the costs of their grow. I don't have it in front of me, but it is definitely in there.
