Patient looking for other patients in need of caregiver

Hi, I just became a patient (migraines and nausea due to closed head injury) and i have just started growing. I have some plants that will probably be ready to harvest in january.

I am trying to find patients with severe conditions (cancer and AIDS especially) since my plants are very intense and would be the most helpful to patients with more extreme conditions and pain.

I'm not 100% sure on how the law allows for me to provide medicine to other patients, if at all... or if i need to become someone's caregiver first.

Right now, I'm just beginning to look for patients with severe conditions. I know that this whole thing can be intimidating and confusing for folks who haven't had a lot of experience using cannabis. I would love to help people understand how medical marijuana can be a much better treatment than "traditional" treatment options.

Also, does anyone know if patients can provide medicine to other patients? Does someone need to be a caregiver to provide medicine to their patient? Can caregivers work together and trade surpluses?

thanks,

Im currently in process of getting my license.

I dont have a life-threatening illness, but I am looking for a caregiver..

I actually am getting it for similar reasons to you: migraines, nausea, and chronic pain from my wrist injuries.

i'm in the greater Ann Arbor - Detroit area. I'm not positive on when my plants will be ready for harvest, but i'm guessing some time in January.

Actually does anyone have advice on timing of harvesting and methods of curing to achieve the best quality bud for medicinal use?

timing of harvest depends on strain. I like the 8 wk flowering strains myself, namely Reserva Privadas OG #18, as far as curing I pick each bud or branch and trim the leafs well they are still standing up when its easier. very little leaf is left on my buds. then I'll either lay them out on drying racks or hang them with leaves all ready removed. I hear slow drying 7 days and sweating them a wk or two is best but I'm pretty happy with my end results. I dry about 4 days with a fan circulating the air and then finish separating buds from the branches if needed and then bag or jar them to sweat. OG is smokeable and pungent even only after 4 days, 5 days max where as my sheherazade taste much better after sweating a few weeks and takes longer to dry and crisp before sweating

I'm interested why you think your plants are so "intense" if you've never grown them before, and no offense, but it seems like you've never grown marijuana at all?

I'm not being a dick (intentionally), but maybe we can help some.
