The only Steer Manure I can seem to find is a “Paturized Steer Manure Substrate”...

will this work as a steer manure in an organic soil mix or does it only work for magic mushrooms?

if not, where the hell can I find steer manure? Lol

Pasteurization process kills off pathogens but the manure should still contain all the Nitrogen and other nutrients once fully broken down. May not be easy to find steer manure for sale online and yes if it’s labeled as substrate it intended for growing mushrooms. Does not mean you can’t use it it’s just not active with bacteria. Once you add in compost or drench it with a compost tea it should harbor bacteria again.
You can usually find unpasteurized black cow manure at most home stores or try to source it locally but I find chicken manure to be even better for cannabis grows. Check out Charlie’s compost brand...$18 per 10lb bag on amazon. Good shit fast N; all you need is a handful or two per container. Feeds for weeks.
