That is not true unless you have a weird definition of judgmental.
You make numerous judgements conscious and unconscious that are hard wired into our brains as a sort of survival technique.
You look for good breeding attributes - suitability as a mate with out thinking about it. That is a judgement.
You look for signs of aggression with out thinking about it. That is a judgement.
