Man this is rediculous easy. All you need is.

a bucket like this(the bottom one):


Grab you a drill with one of those circle things (Not sure what they're called, I've always seen them used to make door knob holes) & a can of black spray paint, as well ass 2 cans of white spray paint. put a coat of black on the outside and 2 coats of white on top of that.

grab you one of these:

Now you have a bubbler
I didn't have a drill when I made mine, so I just cut holes out. All I use are party cups and perlite as a medium.


You can do all of this for less than $20

About to post some pics. It is looking awesome aside from some sort of slug going to town on my lower leaves. I am confident in the fact that I am not going to make the deadline because I am vegging my cups till they make the full circle around the cup. I am not exiting myself from the contest though, in the name of science. I will have the first topped circle lst'd party cup grow that I have ever seen and I am curious how it will yield. So hope you like the pics and hope we all learn something from this.

Thats good too, considered it, id call that more like "ultra cheap" than "cheap". You say use an air pump to make bubbling water, yes bubbles will work... but id rather use aeroponic misters on a water pump.

I'm not sure if your's is indoor or not (I've never seen a slug in the house though?). Anyway, I read a thread the other day on how to get rid of slugs. All you need is a cup of beer level with the ground. They are attracted to the smell, and will fall in and drown.

Also, I have some crop circled plants that I single Cola'd. Mine are circled about half way on most, but my most recent harvest Cinderella was crop-circled once with her 2 main stems and once with her 2 secondary branches all the way around. (I Lolli-popped her because another girl I have that was circled was growing out an un-godly amount of GIANT small yeilding branches. She was taking way to much room and probably would have given me about 10-15 little .2-.3g buds. She was in a 6" pot)

edit: Forgot to mention all I use is party cups, with the exception of (1) 6" pot.

or you could do the ultra ultra ultra cheap method... stick a cutting in a glass of water.. and let it root...

I think it had 5, I put the top in the cloner and it rooted so I'll probably put it into a 3 gal pot in a few weeks and flower it

I decided to put my plant into the flowering cab today. I'm almost positive it won't be ready by the time this contest is over, but maybe it'll just truck a long and mature fast! Anyway, hopefully within the week I'll know the sex....boy am I excited
