Part of plant dying from not getting light.

Hey guys,
I am on week 4 of flower of my Critical Kush and my plant grew too tall and went over my LED COB light. The tallest branches don't receive light and look like they are dying because of the lack of light.

Do you think I should cut off everything that does not receive light because the flowers could just die anyway?

I dunno about lack of light, looks more like too hot and dry up there.

Bend it over and tie it down.
