sounds like a good plan.

why are you paranoid? remember...your biggest giveaways will be (usually):
1) you tell someone (dont do it. not even your best friend...not your mother, brother, sister, father)
2) smell (carbon filter and/or ona is the simple fix)
3) light/noise from your grow (make sure the room is sealed from light as make sure no cracks of light show out of your window)

if you solve those 3 issues then you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

dont trip on the electric company either. they wont rat you out to police unless you steal the electricity or dont pay up (never steal electricity...they will alert the police and they will bust you). also dont worry about helicopters either. cops wont fly over and use FLIR on you unless they already have a warrant signed by a judge and if they do you've made much bigger mistakes already.
they wont waste their time busting a 4 plant grow under a 400w. they have much bigger fish to fry.

also...

idk if you are or would but dont deal. especially from your own home/growsite. thats just asking for it.

you'll be set. i grew with a big set up (over 2K watts just in lights not counting a/c, fans, etc) for years and never used a carbon filter (my grow was far from other homes/properties so no1 ever smelled it from such a private/secluded location) and never had one single problem from jackers/home invasions or law enforcement.

when the bill comes in every month (electricity) just pay it and everything will be fine.

were ALL watching you..... and now I know what sort of heat source temp to scan your house with!
