Paper Bag stage 2 after harvest

I harvest tomorrow and i plan to hang for 5-7 days untill snap happens then transfer to brown paper bag. But my question is do u leave it open and in the dark still or closed with holes punched in on the sides. and the normal time is 5-7 days? Then of chorse jar for 2+weeks.

The brown bag depends on how big your buds are. I grow some big dense buds and the paper bags help pull the miosture through. It will totally speed up drying of any popcorn nugs you may have. I leave them open during the day and closed up at night.....of course in the dark the entire time.
