It's indicative of the overall populations. Think about it. As the Jews well know, a strong sense of humor is a survival trait when conditions are harsh. So, the harsher the conditions a population endures, the greater the number of survivors that have a sense of humor.

What are the poor? And the blacks? Liberals. Republicans don't generally face the same degree of adversity in life, as a population, which explains why there are so few conservative comedians -- it's not so much a survival trait for them, so a strong sense of humor isn't reinforced over the generations.

What did one Jew marching toward the gas chamber say to the other Jew? Well, at least the temperature's nice today.

I remember doing corpse cleanup, and man, we laughed a lot. I'd hold up a rotting hand and yell, 'Anybody need a hand?' That kinda stuff. Seriously, adversity is the best friend of a sense of humor. I'd probably be dead now if I hadn't found stuff to laugh at when things got rough.

Jackie Mason sucks. He mumbles so bad you can't understand him. Probably him and Vi get together and mumble in each others ears. My favorite old guy comedian just died, RIP George Carlin, he told it like it was. Dennis Miller is conservative, but he sucks ass also.

You are correct med-o-matic. That was really beneath me. However, he is a moronic liar. I have respect for people that state their opinions. But, I find it offensive when someone builds a huge lie to support their opinion. So I digress.

Palin is screwed now. Busted withholding 1100 emails from the public. The irony is that it's a Republican member of an Alaskan public watchdog group that requested them. You know, a reformer. So, it's the battle of the real reformer against the fake reformer!

The first person to review whether she's authorized to withhold the emails? She is. But don't despair. For one thing, it is within her authority to release the missing emails to the public at any time. In fact, she's already released them to one member of the public, her husband.

She's citing 'executive privilege' as the basis for hiding the emails from us. Sound familiar? It should. The problem is, that's only valid if the emails relate to policy deliberations before a policy decision has been made. And while she didn't provide the actual emails, she did provide a large document, 60 or 70 pages, of the email headers. The titles indicate that the withheld emails relate more to things like, how to kick her political opponents' asses, how to get the trooper fired, etc. Not policy.

Also, it's illegal for her to use public facilities to conduct partisan business. She could very easily go to jail if she's doing partisan business on the public's dime. That'd be interesting, especially if McCain won. Then we could potentially begin a new term with the VP in prison or facing indictment.

There's another reason that the judge will likely disallow using executive privilege -- the fact that she's already given access to those emails, at least many of them, to a member of the public (her husband) means that executive privilege no longer applies.

Woo, mama, this is gonna get interesting. If she's smart, she will release the emails voluntarily. That's what a true reformer would do, and she says she's all for government transparency. Well, I'm from the Show Me State. Show me that transparency, show me those emails, show us all.

If the judge has to *force* her to release emails to the public, that will look worse. Either way, we should get some idea what she's hiding before too long. I'm sure the courts will seriously expedite this. Can't have something like this looming over a VP candidate unresolved.

Let's see, it's a state's rights issue. No state has even tried to secede since 1862. Many states have had constitutional conventions since 1862.

Really? Wow. Because from the way Republicans talk Obama hates America too. So I was just figured that if Palin wants to secede from a country she is running for VP thatshe hated America too.

Liar? Hardly. Can you read? Seriously. Because in their charter the group Palin and her husband were in it states that seceding from the Union is their goal. Its very simple.

And here is a little bit of info for ya there Chuckle Nuts. About 14 years ago there was a group here in Texas that was brought down that had a cache of weapons and was well organized. They were a secession group. So shove that up your little Tweety Bird ass. lol
