Pale leaves overall and lower leaves turning yellow

Hello,
This is my first time indoor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I started these as clones under a T5 florescent for about a month. During the day there was about 3-4 hours of direct sunlight as well.
Now they have been under Metal Halides for about a week. I would like to start them flowering with the HPS's soon.
The problem is that some of the plants are very pale and the lower leaves are turning yellow and some even have spots of necrosis. You can see all this in the pictures next to some healthier ones.
Do any of you experienced gardeners think that this is a deficiency, PH problems or over watering?
When they were in the house under the T5's they didn't need hardly any water and may even have stayed saturated for too long.
Also, I just recently started using distilled water that was PH tested in lieu of the filtered fridge water I was using.

I started them by putting clones in Fox Farm's Ocean Forest.
I gave them some Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed.
Now I just introduced them to bat guano and some Organicare Fulvex and a Humboldt Duece Duece 0-0-22.
I've only used that mixture once. Then I tried using the plain old Distilled water.
Maybe, they'll come back after I continue with these nutes?

Hopefully that is what it is and not a problem with initial over watering

Organic ferts take longer to take effect so no worries. What you added should do it  Keep us posted if there are any changes! Good luck!
