Hey thanks, haven't got to munch yet, in a couple of weeks though
I'm gonna let these cakes keep going until they die basically, as cakes, then my next run will be on rye and in a casing which I'll be starting in about 2 weeks time as well
How is everything going? How many flushes have you gotten so far? My jars are starting to colonize pretty well now. I just put a heat pad under them cause the temps were a little to low.

Hey thanks for checking in it's going pretty well.. I got 14.5 dry off the first flush and I had a pathetic second flush and now they're going for their third (they started pinning the day after I dunk/rolled them pre-third flush). It won't be a big one but better than nothing I guess
Hopefully within the week I'll be preparing some rye grain
Keep us posted on your grow man and feel free to post a link to it in this thread if you want - we can have a cubensis-ring LOL
Ok so about how long does it take, given the extent of sterility needed, for P. Cubenses to grow from inoculation to first flush harvest? In terms of weeks?
Sometimes it can take the spores a really long time to germinate. So you may be looking at up to 8-10 weeks. But I think 6-8 weeks is a good average estimate.
Yeah 6-8 weeks is a pretty good estimate.. by the way these things were pretty good.. we couldn't stop laughing at everything but it wasn't visual at all at 3-3.5 and lasted about 4 hours.. no nausea and no pain
I tried the rye grain but didn't put enough water in the PC so everything burned and broke and went to pot so I gotta restart
