oxyclone

Bought an oxyclone unit and am not having any luck getting roots to start. Has anyone ever used one of these and if so did you get good results. I got it used and have cleaned with bleach and hot soapy water. Followed instruction I found online and no results. Help please.

1st time every thing went slimy and at 2 weeks I took it down and did a complete scrub then started over. Just used bottle water and fresh clones, Power head has a O2 pump connected to it and a new fish tank heater keeps temp between 71 and 74 degrees. Water is slimy again at just 6 days have 8 clones in unit. I guess it just hadn't met the right fool.

I have 100% success with this unit. What are you adding to the water? All I do is dip my clones in clonex for approx. 15 seconds and place the oxycert. I get roots in 7-9 days. Edit: Try placing the oxyhead closer to the center. I just seen your pics.

Adjust the pH to 6.0 and attempt to keep it between 5.8 and 6.2 also!

Yes this too! Sometimes I forget common knowledge isn't so common to newer growers.

Has it gotten better for you? Contact [email protected] and let him know. Very good guy. I think the product rocks considering it is much less money than an aerocloner and they are about to release an 80 site model for the low. If I dont DIY I use this cloner. Works great and is cheap.
