Oxy-dripper/Brummie Bubbler yields? Organic grower thinking of making the switch

Hey,
So I currently grow in compost inside a Secret Jardin DS120 under an aircooled 400/600w hps, usually 9 plants pulling couple oz a plant. But I've been thinking of buying one of these 90L oxy dripper systems known as Brummie Bubbler's in UK. My question is assuming the environments all good can I achieve similar results or even better off 1 plant going the hydro route? Any advise or experience with these would be appreciated,

It will take a ton to topping, LST'ing and vegging to get 1 Hydro plant to produce amount the same as 9 plants.
