Overwatering?? Nutrients??

so I was hoping to get some feedback/opinions about my plant. I'm pretty sure I was overwatering her and was not feeding any nutrients until recently. I've only watered about once a week for the last two weeks using a tomato plant food (18-18-21 1 tbs/gallon)-1 week water 1 week plant food schedule. My container is 12" x 12" and the plant is about 16" in an all purpose garden soil (that's everything I can think that might be important to note).
So, do you think she is still showing signs of overwatering? How soon might I notice an improvement in yellowing? Should I remove the wilted leaves from the bottom? Is there something else I could be doing to help this plant?
Thank you all for any help

HI Username85, It is my Opinion and Opinion only but it seems to be the plant has been confused on weather it is in 12 and 12 for bud, but it seems to be going into the veg and back to bud cycle. I say that because of the single leafs and the way it almost looks twisted. IMO I would use 1-3-2 blossom booster, the 18-18-21 is off a bit, I hope you get it figured out before it is to late. Good Luck Keep on keeping....

If I were you. I would cut the nutes in half or even quarter strength because your in a flower pot. And like bear420 said use a bloom food. But only every other watering. Far as if it's improving, you'll have to wait and see how the new growth looks. Just be patent and don't over water or feed your plant. Plus ph. Your run off. ( the water that comes out of the pot)

Thanks for the input, I've had someone else suggest the veg-flower and back on another thread. Best I can guess is that early on I brought her inside to avoid bad weather and probably gave her more light than should have inside the house. The blooming nute will that be like a bud and bloom flower type product? I have an all purpose 2-2-2 mix that I had picked up, but haven't used it. Do you prefer the 1-3-2? Also, someone mentioned trying a 12/12 light schedule, do you know if that works outdoors? I was tempted to try that but didn't want to mess things up further if that's not appropriate for outdoor plants. This is literally my first plant that I started from germination so I knew going in I had a lot to learn as I went.

Thanks for your input, aside from the tomato food I picked up a 2-2-2 all purpose plant food, do you think that 40ml/gallon is better than the tomato bloom? I leeched the pot about a week ago, but have yet to check the ph to be honest. I was going to try litmus paper, not sure if that works and everytime I google it there's a million different methods. Heard about using vinegar/baking soda mixed with my soil to check the ph. I asked bigbear as well, but do you know if a 12/12 cycle is appropriate for outdoors? Had someone suggest it, have been tempted, but don't want to further damage.

Yeah you can do the 12/12 outdoors, it's called light deprivation. Just make a framework to go over your plant and cover it with shade cloth or something similar to make it dark for 12 hours

I've got a rigged chicken wire enclosure over her during the day, would a grill cover tossed over top work well or should it be something more breathable to let air in?

I would aim for something more breathable but the grill cover should do it as long as it's not raining condensation on your plant exspecaly when it gets loaded with buds. You may end up with mold
