Hey guys. I am currently in week 3 of flower and some of the leaves on my plants for the ebb and flow are starting to look like this. Me and my buddies have been debating whether or not its the lack of nutes, or too many. We are using SensiBloom partA&B, with the ppms at about the mid 500's. In the last week of grow we were using damn near 1100ppms saw the leaves turning burning and turning brown and decided to flush for 2 days, and drop them down to 500 when we started to flower again. But it seems as if they are either slow to recover, or not recovering at all. The buds on the plants still look and smell great, it's just the leaves bother me a bit. Thanks.

Hey, I'm using AN Sensi for the first time after using GH for many years. Potent stuff, huh? I would never give my plants 1100ppm of AN Sensi... that's just insane.

It's a bit early for your leaves to start yellowing due to flowering apoptosis. Have you ever given them calmag?

edit:
Oh, and though the nugs may look and smell fine, I can tell you that a deficient plant does not produce the best bud.

We do have CalMag but I haven't used it on them yet. I did add a bit of revive about a week ago hoping it would help the plants but to no avail. Seeing you use Sensi as well, would you mind telling me what your feeding schedule is week by week if you dont mind? And how much CalMag would you use and for how long? Thanks.

Week one I started with next to nothing, like 150ppm of Grow A&B. They were doing good so I increased to 250ppm the following week and so forth. I eyeball my weekly concentration increases based upon how much size the plants have put on in the previous week. Week 3 - 4 is when I decided to add a bit of Mother Earth Super Tea. My ppm shot up from 510 to 660 overnight and my plants burned a tiny bit. So I changed the water, nixed the tea and dialed it back down to 500ppm. That's where I am now going into day 30 and beyond in veg.

All I'm giving my plants are AN Sensi A&B (less than quarter strength of the recommended dose on AN's online calculator), 8ml per gallon of Hygrozyme, and 3ml per gallon of calmag. All mixed together at 500ppm right now. Calmag and Hygrozyme I'll use all through the grow.

Awesome. I'm actually in the flower period with my ppms floating around the mid 500's. What I'm gathering from you is that I should never go beyond 800 ppms in using AN. I'll start using CalMag from here on out also. Thanks man.

When it comes to ppm, it has a lot to do with not just the nute brand, but the strain you're growing. The guy I got these clones from said he knew of people never exceeding 900ppm through the entire grow. They've shown themselves to be very sensitive, so i do believe what he said was true.

Less is def more with that stuff. I'm gonna start flowering this weekend, so it's still pretty much a process of discovery on my end as well.
