Over watering

How can one visually tell if :
1: You are over watering the plant ?
2: There is not enough light ?

Use 30 sq ft per watt and u will be fine overwatering they will look droopy.WAIT TILL THERE DRY DOWN ABOUT 1 AND HALF INCHES STICK FINGER IN SOIL AFTER A WHILE YOU WILL JUST KNOW WHEN U LOOK ATEM. I GO BY THE WEIGTH CAN TELL BY HOW HEAVY THEY FEEL JUDT TAKES TIME AND SOME GROWS UNDER YOUR BELT

Not enough light would be small foliage and stretching ... Good Luck

Heavy ok cool so i think im doing ok on the watering compared to those other pics, *seds a tear for dead plants of other post*

I live in Nova Scotia and it has rained almost every day for the last two weeks,I have plants in the ground that are looking bad what can I give then or not give them to help them out untill the sun comes out for awhile
