Over-watering ?

Hi All,
I was wondering if I can have some advice.

Attached are some photos of my plants, Lemon haze and Purple haze. I'm using 6inch rock wool cubes. Drain to waist. (Was using pump , after problems I have been hand feeding).

These girls were giving me issues, I suspected that it was an over water(enough drainage) issue. So I did not water for 2days because the cubes felt full and by day 2 they felt like they needed water. I watered with ph5.8 ,ppm 350(NPK+Calmag+Silicone). Humidity 50-60% Temp 25°c.

Plants looked happier(but never fully bounced back) , but then started to droop 3-4 hours before lights go off...

I follow up with checking my runoff. Runoff ppm was extremely high, but pH was fine. I follow up with flushing the plants. 1-2 hours after my flush my plants start to claw.

Again I suspect it's due to the over-watering.
Am I right about over-watering ( enough drainage) ? Do I wait till dry and carry on with feed and going from there ? Should I look at other things ?

Please help.

Those look pretty unwell . First i would look into how much soil compaction u did. Also how many big air holes are there throughout tour container. Lots is great especially the bottom

Your humidity is too high. You will never overwater if you have many vent holes, always have a bit runoff and never have container sitting in bowl, always elevate it and sponge excess water asap unless you doing hydro

Always wait until top 1 inch of soil is drybut that doesn't always work. Combine checking techniques. Lift container write down watering schedule to the time of day very important so you have consistency especially at the end. One of mine takes 48 hours between waterings not much more or it dies

I'm using Rockwool 6inch

Rockwool is great but I prefer soil mediums. This way you dont need to adjust much only to add bone meal 2+ weeks into flowering. And dont believe the myths about ph. Ive done many grows under ph 9, its soil compaction and watering or vent problems thats more common

I use chlorinated city water at ph 9 for most of my grow phase and been doing it many grows no problems. I start germination with low sodium spring water and only first watering . Afterward its all tap city water ph 9

Well, overwater can be combined with soil compaction or lack of vent holes in your container especially if its plastic. Drill big holes throughout and if your plants are over 2 weeks old, a very light wind from oscillating fan is good

You see, even lack of wind to help plant transpire, bring in water can contribute to overwatering. Most people just think, oh i gave it too much. At times i give my plants a whopping 1 liter or more too much and this never overwaters them because its almost impossible to when you do what i advise, everything!

A pH of 9 is literally 1,000 times more alkaline than a pH of 6. I'm seriously doubting you grow with a pH of 9.

I take everything with a pinch of salt

But here are today's pics, I haven't fed them for 2 days , fed them today with 500ml of phed and TDS water....

I feel bad feeding them because they look like they over watered
