if i over watering what are my chances of their mold growing on my princess. I mean getting mold doesnt always happen does it???

over watering is more likely to cause root problems, like root rot. High room humidity will cause mold on room surfaces and your plant.

Over watering should not cause Mold or Powdery Mildew.. unless you get the leaves wet.
Some strains (indicas) are prone to PM so be careful. If you have any fan leaves touching the dirt, trim them.

if there is powdery mildew <PM> on the soil, it can transfer to the leaf.

PM is systemic, meaning it lives inside a plant. Exposure to moisture, like the leaf touching the moist dirt, may be enough to set it off.
Physan20 - can be used to kill it. If you have PM all over your plant it will kill all of the PM (maybe the plant). The plant should grow back.
The best bet is to trim the lower branches so the don't touch the bottom.

cool ... never heard of the milk remedy ill keep that in mind if and when i get this powder mold

Milk is great you can even spray the buds! Baking soda works well also changes the PH in the leaves
so the mold won't return. Try not to overwater a big no no.
Overwater can definitely cause mold in buds. Overwater and plant cells expand and hold more water and this includes the buds. Couple that with high humidity or bad air exchange and your chances of mold increase greatly
