So I'm pretty sure I over watered and stunted the growth. Is there anything I can do to reverse this and get the girls to start growing upward? Thanks

Well bro I am last person you want to listen to probably but I stunted all mine too about 8 months ago and now until my most recent problem mine all came around and did fine after stunting just letting them dry out and then putting on a less wet water schedule. But my media is hydroton and I'm in hydro.

just wait for the soil to dry out pretty good between waterings. feel the weight of the pot when its empty thats gonna be about when you want to water it. the pot will feel alot heavier when wet so just quit watering so much.

If they are still young and haven't fully rooted yet you can try and scrape of the top layer of soil to speed it up a bit.

Transplanting to less moist soil is an option as well.

If you think you need to move quick and feel for more drastic measures, cut out a piece of the pot (and tape it back on later).

Never let the soil dry out entirely though, won't reverse the effect overwatering.

On soil Tensio meter > PH meter. Ah, just found my sig.
