Over a week old seedling, was doing well, now has droopy leaf, is getting veiny

I had a thread in the Newbie section, but I figure since this is all about the problem that I'm having with the seedling, I should post a thread here.
I'm using two 42 watt CFLs. One is 2700k and the other is 6500k. I have a large fan blowing the heat away and hitting the plant.
They're under 24/0 light cycles, because they're auto-flowering.
The temperatures are around 75 at night, and 85 to 80 during the day, but they have, on occasion, hit 90.
I have a over-a-week-old, short rider, seedling.
It has been growing very quickly, and I transplanted it from a cup to its current pot on Friday afternoon.
From the beginning it has had problems holding itself up, so I've twisty tied it to a stick, in order to keep it upright. The first time I did this, I accidentally dug the edge of the twisty tie into the stem, but it has been perfectly fine, and I have since corrected the problem.
I've watered it with schultz 10-15-10 nutes, but I only gave it half the suggested dose.
That was Saturday I believe, maybe yesterday.
Today I've started noticing that the leaves are getting a bit twisted and odd.
One of them is drooping down significantly.
The leaves of the plant are also getting very veiny.
By this I mean that the veins on the leaf are becoming extremely pronounced, and other my lights, they practically glow.
The edges of the leaves are also slightly purplish in color.
I've included multiple pictures that show the problem.
I would really appreciate any help. I'm getting very worried about it.

By the way your grow set-up looks in the 6th pic, you clearly need more extension cords... Naww just ribbing you a little. Plant looks fine overall. Think I would swap out the 2700K cfl for at least one more 6500K. Heat shouldn't really be a issue with that wattage and bulb type but, occasionally turning the fan on for a few hours each day will give you a more robust stalk that supports more buds. You might also consider buying a inexpensive surge protector or light strip from the hardware store. Plug in some male receptacles and female "Y" sockets. After that you can turn it upside down and suspend it from the rack with a timer in between the light(s) and the power source. This would neaten up your grow considerably.

lol Yeah, I have cables everywhere. I just use them all connected together to keep them in the air.
I keep the fan on all day and night. it helps lower the temperatures a bit.
The surge protector thing is a really good idea, thanks.
The only thing is that I'll probably end up with like 12 lightbulbs connected to it and produce a ridiculous amount of heat...
My ambient temperature is around 77 to 79, so even the small amount of heat that a few cfls produce brings up the temperature by a few degrees.
