Its august 14Th and my girl (def a girl) isnt budding out yet and im worried bout time. And shes been in veg for awhile. Shes superhealthy. I just hope she beats the frost

Where are you located .....I'm in Cali and I have a few that are huge and healthy but havnt shown anything at all and others that are well on there way ......I'm guessing it's a big sativa your growing .....not knowing where you are outdoors it's hard to help but I'm not to worried a lot can happend in 2months. Strain and length of day will decide when she gets started. Down here in NW Florida my days are shorter than yours. I'm at 13 hours 18 minutes today. In Boston for example {https://www.wunderground.com/q/zmw:02101.1.99999} the days are 13 hours 57 minutes long. When the length of day for your strain gets short enough, she will know what to do.

@39N here, 13h 45m, same deal with no flowers really showing. I believe the hotter than fuck conditions are the likely culprit.
