Hi guys im just looking for a wee bit of advise on what to do here..
my plants are getting very big, the plants are about 4 foot high, the grow box i have is a DR80 (80x80x160), my reflector will not go up any higher and the plants are soon going to out grow them, will i tie them down or will this stress them or should i leave them alone?

i cant LST them because the main stem is too big. I will try tieing them down and hopefully that sorts it

Lst is tieing it down. That should do the trick.

ok, i tied them down yesterday hopefully this will do for a while
Do i gotta keep turning the plants around while LST'ing for equal light?
Here some pic's of the current grow, the plants are about 1 meter high.. was not expecting them to grow this high :P:P

what sort of yeild am i expecting off this grow, the light is 250w HPS, and i have been feeding them Plagron Grow/Bloom nutes, Veg 8 weeks there in there 2nd week of flowering

I try to arrange them so that they are getting the best lighting possible and then I try not to move them around. You can sometimes do more damage moving them.

thanks for reply, im keeping them in the same position, i think an SCROG setup will be needed for next time, didnt realise the plants would grow so high

You can get it under control if you're tedious and patient. When they've just been fed, start bending the main stem a little at a time and repeat daily until you got about 90 degrees over, it should be fine.
