You are selling yourself short. The calyx in the pics have not even swelled up, whoa boy you will sore displeased if you
chop her down at said time. You need to count like this: `I first saw my strain switch gears on Aug. 12, as such I got
60 days for full maturity. Cannabis needs those 60 days to mature,...' It takes cannabis 7 days to switch from veg to
flower... dont chop her, and when you do "cure" it; because if you take pot shots at it, and do the superbowl thang
before the wait, again you will be sad when you get to the last nug, and you find out how strong it is then...its along
way from here to next year.
well there isnt a whole lot i can do bro..bud rot is rampede here this year..its been the worst season for a guerilla grower like me..we are over 13 inches above average here..i wish i could let them sit but i just cant..today i went to check on them and my blue dream was totally infested..i didnt get shit saved off that plant..the top colas was huge and when i got there and pulled it back to check it out nothing but brown fkn rot..im gonna have to get a indoor setup this fkn sucks..worked my ass off 6 months and didnt even get to save one fkn limb on that one..chopped the purple today to she was getting small signs of rot so i just took it..only ones that are left and going strong is the delahaze, berry bomb and cherry bomb so i will let them sit..i also used greencure on them today so hopefully i will let them sit it all the way out..and the other thing that has been shitty here is humidty is 95% and last 2 days its drizzled and temps are 65 right now prime breeding ground for that cancer known as botrytis..its been grey skys here last 4 days..i really cant remember a season this bad here in kentucky..next year im going withgreen posion fast version, cream carmel fast version, easy sativa,c99,delahaze,super lemon haze, frisen dew, sweet purple, biddy early, early skunk, the church,Ams,purple maroc..and im gonna start prevention spray with greencure, sernade and Sns-244 around frist week of july..im gonna fight this botrytis full force..dumb ass me didnt know about green cure till about 6 days ago..had i not been reading smoke reports and seen someone mention greencure,i started researching it and seen it works best as prevention..i still should get at least 10 pounds off 12 plants left..the delahaze has always been great about not getting bud rot on me but i sprayed it today as well..i hope next year its a fkn sever drought in east ky..i will have to work my balls off carrying water if it is but i dont care it will be worth it come fall

No helper, but I'm sure as hell looken for one. Started on my AMS plant first thing this morning (moved it up 1 day). Just a rough trim for now. Full 8 hours, got about 3/4 of the plant done. Found a few small spots with some mold and that was it.

Here's a shot of one of the bigger colas.
She's a beaut! Colas like that make it all worth it.

Funny how we wait for this point all year, then after a couple all day trim sessions its like "can this part be over yet?" maybe its just me haha.

Anyway, I can't complain much. I've only got one more girl to chop and my season will be wrapped up. I'm also lucky to have a brother who has no problem helping me trim. Very fortunate.

Sorry to hear about your mold troubles, bro. It sucks busting your ass all summer just to have it snatched away at the end. Hopefully the rest of your girls pull through.

They've really been a great strain for my area. No problems with producing big buds and are apparently pretty good at deterring mold. There sure are a lot of phenos... I counted 3 different ones just in the 6 that I had pop this year. They're not cheap, but definitely something I'd run again.

You did the right thing harvesting that one early though... You can try cutting it off but if the weather doesn't cooperate you're not gonna beat it. Better to harvest early than harvest none at all.

Next year when you order definitely go with a pack of the Frisian dew, you won't be disappointed. Not a speck of mold on mine all year. Gl
oh ya i already got that frisen dew..i spent 450$ on seeds this time going with all mold resistant strains and gonna use the organic sprays and fight this shit like a terrortist..ya the blue dream was only one that was ate up wit it..the rest are all doing fine its not a total lose, just pissed i have never lost it all was able to salvage something but nothing on this blue dream..and not to mention i dont think next season can get any worse then its been here for me..its rained like hell since june,i was happy then bc i didnt have to carry water but the rain has contiuned and on top that the temps have dropped its 60ish right now 92% humidity and it suppose to be in the low 50s for a few days prime breeding ground for grey mold..i just hope the greencure will fight it off long enuff to let my delahaze, berry bomb and cherry bomb fully mature..the cherry bomb has some massive buds on here this year..oh here is the tops of the fruity chronic juice i pulled today to..it was about 90% milky rest clear but it also was showing signs on lower branches of mold trying to set in so i said fk it and just chopped it to bc i didnt want the top colas to end up like that blue dream

Hey what strain is this? I'm from ontario canada and am looking for an early finisher. Let me know. Cheers
i have found 4 really good early finishers easy sativa, purple maroc, cream carmel fast version and green posion fast version..i have never grew them but i did research and talked to a few people that said they are fully done by sept 20th..u can google search them just type in easy sativa outdoor grow report etc,etc and check it out..thats another reason im going with these strains next year just in case we get same shitty weather we did this year..

@fattyjoint100 that strain is frisian dew by Dutch passion. Most started flowering early to mid July, but I will add that these plants were started in may and were root bound in the pots they were in by July. I think that had an influence on their early flowering.

@Kygiacomo I've never used much in terms of sprays. Just topping and maybe shaking excess water off after a rain Hope for sunny weather!

Hope ya get to leave er till she's finished. These wind gusts are pounding the shit outta mine today.
They've got good support and so far, so good. My "AMS" is due to be coming down on Saturday,
if she gets through today, that is.
is the AMS very good at mold resistance foothills? also read the church was as well but i dont know personally

careful with the green cure..it does burn pistils....it did not help much with rot last year...its good for PM....what I do is just cut the rot out and spray with hydrogen peroxide and water mix to kill spores where I cut..all you can do....I doubled up on my watering of pro tec this year and see a difference ...I spray twice a week and water in once...seems to keep the rot at bay....I've had 2-3 little spots about the size of a grape...

I've been using green cure for years inside and out and have never burnt pistils with it. It does say to not exceed their dosage so maybe thats where the problem arises? The one thing about most of these fungicides is you have to use them BEFORE the diseases come up to get full effect from them.(I know most say at first sign) They work by changing the ph level on the plants surface so the fungus can't start to grow.(so to truly work must be reapplied after heavy rain) Once it's there they just help to keep it check. Another problem with bud rot is it's not all from just fungus, some of it comes from worms and etc.... leaving shit behind after they came out on a rainy day. I have personally picked off snails and slugs from my plants to go back the next day and see rot forming in that exact spot. just my 2 cents.

pictures to come.

ya i been reading if u use 1 tablespoon of GC it will burn pistils but useing half the rc doseage that it dont burn it..and i agree from all the websites and info i have gather once u are infected with mold it dont really help as much..u gotta use it before it ever infects the plants..next year im gonna use a 4 combo spray way before they start to flower..gonna use greencure, neem oil,sns-244 and activote and rotate them each week so the mold wont be able to build up a resistance to the spray..i to have noticed bugs here and there on my plants..i dont usally use insecticides but after this fked up year and im gonna use everthing and anything other growers suggest and beat this fkn cancer..no point in really going 100% organic if u dont get no bud at all from the plant imo..

@tyson thanks for the recipe on the peroxide i will for sure write that down and use it as well..i cant imagine that next year will be any worse for me here in KY with the rain..its been the wettest summer in over 25 yrs here and now armed with all the info i have gatherd hopfully i will go good and wont have to chop anything early and on top that uesing all fast flowering strains..the sativas that i have out tho they havent really been affected especially the delahaze..the delahaze is a monster producer as well

Here's a shot of my outside girls. The first is the only one I've paid attention to. The other has been messed up since day 1, that is why it went out to begin with.006.JPG
