Outdoor weed growing in Ireland?!

I only have a 20w 100w equivilent CFL bulb and I am about to buy this: http://www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com/products/short-stuff-snowryder

I want to know if right now it's possible to grow weed outdoors in Ireland or if I'm better off using the 20w 100w equivilent CFL bulb.

I am a complete noob sorry :/

you need to have them germ. by now and into the outdoor area by end of june to get anything worth talking about for first time. if they finish by end sep/mid oct youll do good enough per plant with care.
with outdoor autos its best to have them in a week veg by this weekend and get another 9 weeks outdoor left on them, 1st 2nd week august.

texada x skunk or texada x NL is what you need .... good for wet climate and finish in Sept
