Outdoor upper leaves taco upward any fixes for this issue

It’s been high 80s low 90s I started watering heavy when it got hot so not sure if it’s just from heat or over watering the rest of the plant are all fine

That’s just a little heat stress, be careful of over watering, it’s better to let them dry out a bit and ask for water than it is to over water.
sticking to a regular schedule is a good practice, but weather doesn’t stick to a schedule, so it’s good to just know your plants and know when they need water.
Another danger of seeing your leaves taco is the dreaded scourge russet mites!! That doesn’t look like the issue though.

Same here I have 12 and it’s only the one it may be a soil issue due to the fact I’m running different soil mixes due to lack of resources if it doesn’t get better i may have to look into other solution could be mites in the soil I’m guessing
