Outdoor transplanting

Hello, i would like to know if i start my plants indoors under a grow light, how many days do i got to let them in there before i transplanhant? also, wat time of day is best to transplant them outside?

depends on what size pot they in. i usually do it from seed have them under light for about 2weeks so they are well rooted than i start weening them so they get used to the out side light. i ween them for about a week getting 4hours of sun a day give or take. than i trans plant and leave them outside perminantly.

I say veg for a month and ween them to the outside light cycle like skunksta said.
