Transplant her into a pot three times what you have, now. Look at my tutorial on pg. 28 of my grow log, if you want.
She'll get a growth spurt that could double your yield.
Your current pot is too small to allow the plant to finish productively.

After the plant starts to show new growth in her new pot, start feeding flowering nutes.
If you use my method, add a light dose of veg nutes during transplanting.

If its current pot is 3 gallons(?) The 7 should do. If it is bigger, look at 10 or 15. Ten gallons should get at least a QP if you make no mistakes.
