If you want to go with something natural then I'd suggest buying ladybugs. You can buy them by the THOUSANDS for cheap. If you do... make sure to buy a lady bug house (or build one) and put it right on the edge of your garden so the lady bugs are encouraged to stay in your garden area. As long as you have bugs (which is their food) they should stay around and eat em up.
If you want a chemical solution then I have no idea.... but MAKE SURE whatever you buy says it's ok for EDIBLE plants. That's important.

okay i found this spray thats for edible plants so im going to give it a try
on a few of my plants and make sure it doesnt kill them before doing it on all my 23 plants
