Outdoor OG, minimal bud rot inside the dense colas, anything salvagable?

Just cut down an outdoor grown OG. Noticed inside the dense buds some bud rot.

Had a lot of caterpillar issues but stayed on them, cut out what I could immediately over the past 2 months (which may be some of what I'm seeing).

I was careful to cut out all the rot area. None of the buds were overwhelmed with rot, just some areas up against the stems, but had not spread out to the perimeter of the buds.

Have them all hang drying in a well ventilated dark room, fan blowing air indirectly, RH 55%, temp 60-65F.

These are all for personal use. Not planning to smoke much, mainly to make oil with them for edibles.

Any thoughts on if these are still salvageable?
1. Removed rot
2. Careful drying and monitoring
3. Will decarb in the oven, run through multiple cycles of cooking in oil & freezing

Appreciate any feedback! :)

The buds without rot look good, salvage what you can
