Outdoor grow in the MIA

i currently have 3 plants growing outdoors and one is showing sex but is getting really tall..i wanted to know when will it start flowing under the miami sun

it's not going to bloom till around september or so. take clone off plant and flower that inside to sex the plants

is there anything i can actually do to make it flower..or maybe stop growing tall?
