Most sites that sell seeds give their opinions on whether they are suitable for outdoor growth in general. As for Canadian specific strains, I would suggest anything with a fairly short flowering period to get ahead of that nasty frost.

Personally, I think an indica you like is the way to go. They are more discrete and believe it or not you average knucklehead won't realize it is a marijuana plant immediately because of their massive leaves. Since I'm a hypocrite, I grow big bud x widow cross, but I would suggest Afghani or an Afghani cross for outdoor Canadian grows. Having said that, there really isn't a bad strain. You should grow your favorite strain and be content.

That is your solution to everything! Lend a little help to the young growers! Besides, this site needs to have debate and forum on every topic.

You did low ryder? How was the quality of the low ryder smoke/hi? I want to do low ryder #1.......... what was the yield like (after drieing and manicuring).

Why bother with lowryder outdoors? You have lots of vertical height. Besides to get the same amount you will have to grow twice as many plants, and that is twice the amount of time to setup and maintain.

oh yeah and also i was looking at the kindseeds web site
and sum of the strains say "Canadian Bred" beside them, so dose that mean they are sutded for Canadian weather and will finish befor the frost rolls around agae?

People will grow Lowrider or other autoflowering strains outdoors because of stealth, great for a backyard grow, and ability to have a harvest in late summer to avoid their garden being found my drug task force.

I have not grown Lowrider #1 just because I don't have the need for such a small plant. But I have tried a few of the other autoflowering strains. My Masterlow came in at 12" tall and weighed 17 grams dried. Bluestreak was 18" tall and harvested almost an ounce.

Lowrider #2 on the other hand will get to be a 3 foot tall plant yield 2-3 ounces outdoors.
