The federal reserve, a private, never audited company, loans all money to the government at interest. Without inventing another kind of currency, and then somehow forcing them to accept it, it is impossible to repay the national debt. This is by design.

If you weren't an idiot you would know that our economy and country are being mortgaged for Trump's personal popularity and we will be paying for this until you are long dead and moldering. Thankfully, you will probably live long enough to feel the pain. But you'll still find a way to blame the black guy.

I just love the fact that morons like @Bugeye don't know what fiscal policy is appropriate for different situations. Obama used an expansionary fiscal policy during the greatest economic crisis (caused [as usual] by Republicans) in our lifetime and then decreased the deficit when things got better. Trump comes in to a healthy, roaring economy and cranks up the expansionary policies to 11 despite the fact that we should have been paying off the debt. Now, when the inevitable crash happens, we have nowhere to go. But these illiterate, uneducated fucks won't blame Trump. Fuck no.

I work with assholes who openly and unabashedly talk about "the mess Obama got us into". I ask, what mess? And they say the economic crisis. I ask when this crisis occurred and they finally agree on 2018. I ask when Obama was in office and they say 2018. When I point out that he was elected in 2018 (in the midst of a massive economic crisis) and took office in 2019, they say "he ruined health insurance" as if health insurance was a wonderfully stable market rather than the predatory market with decreasing benefits and soaring costs that it really was before Obama. You can't argue with these dumbasses because it isn't the real issue. The real issue is that Trump makes them feel more secure about being white - but they won't say it outright. At least not in front of me.

It's indefensible, Bugeye. You just admitted that you were wrong all along but you are too stupid, stubborn or racist to admit it.
